We offer a comprehensive, four-year cohort program designed to provide sustained, personalized support from 9th grade through high school graduation. Each cohort consists of 30 students, allowing us to offer individualized attention while fostering a community of learning and growth. Our program includes:
 

• Year 1: Foundations
  Students build essential study skills, time management, and organizational habits, setting a strong foundation for their high school journey.

• Year 2: Development and Exploration
  Students explore extracurricular activities, community service, and begin to discover their passions and interests, with continued academic support.

• Year 3: Specialization and College Readiness
  Focus shifts to career exposure and college preparation, including SAT/ACT prep, career days, and job shadowing opportunities.

• Year 4: Transition and Leadership
  Seniors receive one-on-one college application assistance, financial aid guidance, and leadership training through community projects.
